Two main types of chamomile have been recorded as having been used through the ages in herbal medicine called German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) and Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis). Tradition records them as having been used interchangeably. We supply and use the former in all our products and offerings. Chamomile has been recorded as having relaxant and antiallergenic properties and is hence active in the nervous system along with the muscular, respiratory and digestive systems.
